# Overview

Player-owned crypto mining warehouses — buy a warehouse, fill it with rigs, install GPUs, pay the power bill, and sell Bitcoin at a price that moves.

**Rs CryptoMining** gives players a mining business: buy a warehouse, fill it with mining rigs, install GPUs, keep the machines alive and the power bill paid — then sell the Bitcoin at a price that moves on its own. Other players can pay an informant, break in and steal the cards off your rigs.

Works on **ESX**, **QBCore** and **Qbox**.

**Sold as `Advanced CryptoMining`, installed as `Rs_CryptoMining`.** The store listing and the version check use the product name; the folder on your server must keep its own name — the resource stops itself if it is renamed.

## What you get

## The loop

1. Buy a warehouse from its blip.
2. Buy rigs from the tech shop and place them in the interior's slots.
3. Install GPUs — up to 8 per rig.
4. Every tick, rigs produce BTC and consume power.
5. Service the machines before they break, and pay the bill before the power is cut.
6. Sell the Bitcoin when the price is good.

## The two settings that shape the economy

| Setting                         | Default | Effect                                                                |
| ------------------------------- | ------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `Config.MiningRig.ElectricRate` | `0.01`  | electricity costs 13–22% of gross income depending on card efficiency |
| `Config.MaxUnpaidBill`          | `30000` | a **fixed** threshold that does not scale with warehouse size         |

## Before you update an existing server

Version **2.8.6** fixed a units bug and requires a one-off SQL reset on an existing database. Read the update page before restarting a live server.
